charles-welshThere are some works that complicated in their topics, and others that are complicated by their authors. Within the groups “outside” of standard Christianity are the universalists. Within this group of people are those who would seek to confuse things which most would see as obvious. The universalists argue excessively over the term “eternal” or “everlasting” citing that it is not for eternity, and this is the main basis of their movement, that at some time all men in punishment will be joined in heaven with the redeemed or they will cease to exist, and their suffering will end as will their existence.

This attack comes on the key words mentioned above, and where and how they are used in Scripture. Granted this is a difficult topic to understand. But their conclusion is still wrong. I believe Welsh is a universalist (listed in the Unitarian Register) from his attack on the eternity of “hell”. Continue reading

This is a 4 chapter work on the Deity of_Jesus Christ. Although the work is short, he does have a lot of information in each of these chapters. On his website he is billed as “Dispensational Bible Scholar and teacher, (1880-1967)” and he started a newsletter called the Berean Expositor. He was Brethren. This book is a bit difficult to understand. It is a debate between two people, one holding the deity of_Christ (B), and one not (A).

I have not personally examined this work completely, but it is complicated, and I do not think he really supports the deity of Christ, so if you use this work, (study it, or read it) you should really be careful because he will not be presenting Christ’s deity but more than not confusing the issue with questions and observations that really are not valid.
